Review: The Raven Cycle Series

This review contains (rather small) spoilers, if you haven't finished the Raven Cycle Series yet! So be aware of that, before reading it!

Hello and welcome back dear readers,
As I told you in the last post, I will not only write spoiler-free reviews anymore! So this is the first -  maybe kind of spoiling review - we will see how the writing goes and then I'll decide how to label it... So, without further ado, here we go:

Ronan & Adam (Source)
I just finished reading "The Raven King" by Maggie Stiefvater today and I think I am slowly dying inside, without it. I don't know, how to work properly anymore, I feel so confused and it's like every time my thoughts wander to the series, there is a nearly healed wound torn open again and again. Don't get me wrong: I loved the conclusion of the series, but it was just such a huge part of my life for so long. I lived in these books, as I took my time reading them. All in all it took me like two months or something to read the whole series, and that's not because they aren't well written - on the contrary: They are just fantastic. They are magical and all-consuming. When I didn't read them, I thought about them. I thought about Gansey thinking of Blue or Glendower, being worried for Adam or Ronan; I thought of Ronan dreaming the craziest things and making them reality; I thought about Adam not knowing how he felt about anything and anyone, always being worried; and I thought of Blue and the other women of 300 Fox Way.
I am not sure what it was about this book, that didn't let me go - maybe it was all the secrets, the magic or the characters, but I am pretty sure it is a combination of all of those things.
Gansey & Blue (Source)
I cannot get over Ronan and Adam being just perfect for each other - I fell in love with them, even more then I fell in love with Gansey and Blue (and I honestly didn't believe it possible)! And man, I am so ******* exited for the Ronan-Series that Maggie annonced - I am all on board.
I could continue writing for... Yeah, I am pretty sure for forever, but sadly, that's not a possibility (or I guess it's just improbable, as Gansey would say). So, I will just stop here. For now.
I urge you, if you have any time and money to spare: Go and get those books! It will be worth it! Those are the kind of books you will pick up a second, a third and even a tenth time (at least I will, for sure!)
I am so exited to hear, what you thought about them, please just tell me in the comment section <3
